Our Commitment to Our Customers: Moore Jewelers is an independent jewelry store with an honest and knowledgeable staff dedicated to providing quality service and merchandise at competitive prices. It is our goal that your visit here will always be unique and memorable. Exchange/Return Policy: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Items purchased at Moore Jewelers may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a money back guarantee. The refund will only be issued to the original purchaser. Any refunds on cash and check purchases will be given in the form of a check. Refunds on check purchase will be given after 10 business days. A store credit will be issued after 14 days. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box and receipt. Closeouts and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. In the event that Moore Jewelers has resized a ring that is being returned, the customer must pay a $100 restocking fee for the sizing that was performerd on the piece.
In cases where the original purchaser is not available a store credit will be given, no refunds.
Special Orders: We regret that special orders are not refundable, however in some cases they are returnable for store credit within 30 days. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, gift item, or altered pieces (including ring sizing) at the clients request.
Price Match Guarantee: We will be happy to price match any item seen on our vendors' website. However, the customer will be charged for any alteration done and shipping of the item. Item must be paid in its entirety at the time of placement. If item is in our stock, customer will only be charged for alteration, if needed.
Gemstone and White Gold Enhancement: If you purchase a gemstone, please note that many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color and/or stability. Most white gold pieces are rhodium finished, which is not a permanent treatment and may need to be re-finished in time.
Returned Checks: Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee.
Cleaning and Inspection: We recommend that you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected at least every 3-4 months. We will be happy to do this for you as often as you need at no extra charge.
Trade Up Policy: Dollar value must be doubled on loose diamonds, diamond solitaire earrings and diamond solitaire pendants.
Insurance: We recommend and suggest that you have your jewelry insured by your Homeowners, Renters Insurance Company or the Independent Insurance Company of your choice. In most cases you will need to contact your insurance company to specifically add your jewelry to your policy. The coverage should include loss, theft, and damage.
Lay-A-Ways: A three month term limit is allowed on all lay-a-ways. An extension can be asked for and in most cases is granted based upon the pay history. If lawaway is cancelled, all payments are refundable up to 14 days from original deposit date. If layaway is cancelled after 14 days the funds become in store credit.
Sale Items: All sale items are sold "As Is".
Warranty: Due to manufacture policy changes, all regularly priced merchandise will be sold with a one year warranty from date of purchase. Fine jewelry items are meant to be treated with the utmost care. Our warranty will not cover abuse, alteration or normal wear and tear of an item.
