FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50
We offer a 14 day full refund from the date of delivery, on any purchase that shows no wear and all tags are attached. Simply give us a call within 14 days of receipt and we will happily exchange or refund your money, no questions asked! Please include the original or a copy of the receipt with any return. If your purchase does not fit properly, we will make as many adjustements as necessary to ensure a proper fit. Please note, purchases made in our Laredo, TX store and not online are subject to our standard in store return policy printed on your receipt.
Designer Engagement Rings & Designer wedding bands are custom made items (custom orders) and are not eligible to return.
Diamond Eternity Bands are 100% refundable unless the ring is smaller than a finger size of 5 or larger than a size 7.
*Custom orders may only be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours the deposit/payment towards your order is non-refundable.

How do I make an exchange?
Simply call customer service at (956)724-5969 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization) or email monte.moorejewelers@gmail.com Please securely pack and seal the return mechandise.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
Please remember to call first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused.

Be sure to include the original diamond certificate for any diamond purchase. A fee of $75 will be applied for any diamond returned without the original certificate.
